1. Acceptable Use

NekoBox is a file hosting and sharing service. You may upload files that you own, created, are allowed to distribute, or have permission to share.

You are responsible for the files you upload and for any links you share. Do not use NekoBox to harm other people, bypass security systems, or abuse third-party services.

2. Forbidden Content

The following content and behavior are not allowed:

• Malware, ransomware, botnets, stealers, phishing kits, credential harvesters, or files intended to compromise devices or accounts.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits vulnerable people.
• Terrorist, extremist, or violent threat content.
• Doxxing, private personal data, stolen databases, leaked credentials, revenge content, blackmail material, or targeted harassment.
• Copyrighted files you do not have permission to distribute, including pirated software, paid media leaks, cracks, keys, and bypass tools.
• Spam campaigns, scam pages, fake login pages, deceptive redirects, or files used mainly for fraud.
• Content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

3. Uploads, Links & Retention

Uploaded files are accessible to anyone who has the file link, unless you use password protection. Do not upload sensitive personal files unless you understand that link sharing can expose them.

• Files may be removed if they expire, violate these terms, trigger security checks, receive valid abuse reports, or create operational risk.
• Temporary files, one-time files, and password-protected files may behave differently from standard public uploads.
• You should keep your own backup. NekoBox is not a permanent archive or backup provider.
• We may limit file size, upload rate, extensions, bandwidth, or automated use to protect service stability.

4. Privacy & Logs

No account is required for normal uploads. To operate and protect the service, NekoBox may store file metadata, IP addresses, timestamps, download counts, reports, delete tokens, and security scan references.

We use this information for abuse prevention, rate limiting, moderation, troubleshooting, and security. We do not sell personal data.

5. Reports & Enforcement

Anyone can report a file from its file page. Reports are reviewed by administrators and may lead to file removal, preservation of evidence, temporary blocks, or other protective measures.

False, abusive, or spam reports may be ignored or rate-limited. We may remove files without notice when there is a clear legal, security, or safety risk.

6. Copyright & Takedowns

If your copyrighted work is hosted without permission, use the report button on the file page or contact us with the file URL, ownership details, and a clear explanation of the infringement.

Valid takedown requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. Repeat infringement or obviously pirated content may be removed without additional notice.

7. Availability & Liability

NekoBox is provided as is. We try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or error-free downloads.

We are not responsible for lost files, unavailable links, deleted content, browser incompatibilities, third-party outages, or damages resulting from use of the service.

8. Changes to the Service

We may update these terms, change limits, disable features, remove files, or discontinue parts of the service when needed. Continued use of NekoBox after changes means you accept the updated terms.
